Robert Elliott was elected as Linklaters’ Chairman and Senior Partner in 2011. He was previously Global Head of Banking and a specialist in Corporate Restructuring. Robert has a very wide experience of financial transactions, cross-border financing and acting for financial institutions on M&A and regulatory matters including in respect of China – Robert advised a consortium of investors on taking a strategic stake in Bank in China in 2005.
