Abstract：
Compared with the industrialization of the industrialized countries and China's past industrialization, the new type industrialization is quite different in terms of the era background and system environment. The characteristics of the new type industrialization are that it takes intellectual economy and information as the new and important content; it can face up to globalization and actively get involved in international division; it mainly relies on the driving force by the market but not the government; the fair allocation of industries in different areas is done through market competition; it mainly embarks on the development of resource-economical and labor-intensive industries; it should be developed on legal track; it should have new measurement standards and index system.
