Abstract:
The professionals' special zone is a concept and experience extension of the economic special zone for professionals, and it is also an experimental area for the mechanism reform and policy innovation of the development of professionals in China. The change from a special economic zone to one for professionals shows the deepening leaning towards the concept, and it also reflects the transformation of the economic development mode.
The Zhongguancun State Independent Innovation Demonstration Zone has been actively exploring the construction of a special professionals zone featuring "special policies, special mechanisms, and handling special cases with special methods", establishing a flexible mechanism, strengthening the work of professionals, and providing support to innovative business start-ups for professionals.
The Zhongguancun State Independent Innovation Demonstration Zone plays an exemplary role in the exploration and practice of constructing a special zone for professionals.
