Penalties to intoxicated person who commits acts against administration of public security

According to provisions of Law on Penalties for Administration of Public Security, any person who is intoxicated and commits an act against the administration of public security shall be penalized. If an intoxicated person in a drunken state causes danger to himself or threatens another person’s personal safety and property safety or public safety, protective measures shall be taken to restrain him until he sobers up.
