Ways to recover money and property illegal confiscated in accordance with law

According to the provisions of the Law on Penalties for Administration of Public Security, the money and property obtained through acts against the administration of public security shall be recovered and returned to the victim; and where there is no victim, they shall be registered and sold by auction or disposed of according to the relevant regulations of the country, and all the money obtained from that shall be handed over to the state treasury.
