Relevant provisions on setting up Sino-foreign joint venture enterprise in China

Parties of the joint venture shall submit the joint venture agreement, contract and articles of establishing Sino-foreign equity joint venture to China foreign trade and economic cooperation department in charge of examination and approval, register with China's industrial and commercial administration authorities after the approval to obtain business licenses, and start business.
