Ye graduated with a master's degree in electrical engineering from Tsinghua University. He has over 10 years of experience in high-tech entrepreneurship before he joined the Zero1IPO Group in 2010.

In 1999, he founded V2 Technology Company and received investments from many venture capital firms. Over time, the company has gradually developed into a leader in China's Internet videoconference market.

In 2007, he created the leading fashion website PosterFashion.com, which was later merged with Columbia Broadcasting System at the beginning of 2011.

As an angel investor, Ye invested in the reputable Chinese category information website Ganji.com in 2005.

Thanks to his achievements, he was named an "Entrepreneur Star" and recognized as a member of the Tsinghua Entrepreneur and Executive Club.
