Liang Feng, Lawyer, Beijing Jincheng Tongda & Neal

Liang Feng studied economic law at China University of Political Science and Law and economic law at the Graduate School of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences. Later he attended the University of Hong Kong and majored in organization and human resources management.

He is a partner at JT&N, deputy director of the Labor and Social Security Professional Committee of the Beijing Lawyers Association, and managing director of the Beijing Labor Law and Social Society Law Society.

Liang Feng specializes in human resource legal affairs. He is a senior HR legal expert and trainer for many enterprises.

Liang Feng began his legal career in 1998 as an enterprise consultant and HR special legal consultant, working in labor dispute mediation, negotiation, arbitration and litigation.

His major publications include Labor Contract: Drafting, Review and Execution (China Labour & Social Security Publishing House) and Resignation Strategy: How to Prevent Resignation Risks.
