The China Railway Construction Engineering Group opened its headquarter building in Fengtai Science Park to tenants on Aug 6.

The building covers a floor area of 60,000 square meters and is located at the Noble Center, a business complex to be completed by the end of 2013. China Railway Construction Engineering Group's residence will boost the growth of Fengtai Science Park’s railway transportation industry by integrating resources. A railway transportation hub will also be formed around the center.

Affiliated with the reputed China Railway Group Ltd., one of the World Top 500 businesses, the China Railway Construction Engineering Group is a large-scale state-owned enterprise with a history of 60 years.

Its main business covers architectural design, scientific research, real estate development, railway construction, equipment installation, road and bridge construction, and railway line design and construction among others. The group has obtained the nation's housing construction general contracting premium certificate and the business qualification for foreign contracted projects. It has an annual production and operation value of more than 10 billion yuan ($1.57 billion).
