The Hangzhou Sunny Energy Science and Technology Co is located in the city of Hangzhou, Zhejiang province, which is a famous city for its history, culture, and tourism and as a major center for the Yangtze River Delta and connections with nearby Shanghai. The company, which was founded in 2001, is a pioneer in China's new energy business, with headquarters in Hangzhou’s Zhejiang University National Science Park. It also has two manufacturing sites in the cities of Fuyang and Tonglu,, both in Zhejiang.
ZHSHINE Solar is a high-tech company established in 2006 for solar photovoltaic (PV) technology development, manufacturing, and sales, with an investment of $50 million in an R&D and production center for silicon wafers, solar cells, solar modules, and solar PV systems. By the end of 2010, it had an efficient industrial chain with an annual cell module capacity of 300MW. Its vertically integrated business model gives it great advantages in the solar PV business.
