A major job fair for China's 2021 graduates was held on Nov 28 in Changchun -- capital city of Northeast China's Jilin province -- offering over 45,000 positions in the education industry.

It was the largest education industry recruitment fair in China held during normalized COVID-19 prevention and control conditions. There were 1,013 employment units on site and an additional 648 employment units recruiting online.

The theme of the job fair was grass-roots employment. Combined with the regular education industry recruitment fair, three activities specifically focusing on guiding graduates to get employment at the grassroots level were staged.

Employers came from all over China, covering 31 provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central government, so that graduates could have as many choices and opportunities as possible.
