Old Cuban
Our version of a drink invented by cocktail genius Audrey Saunders at
Bemelmans Bar in New York, this mojito variation sparkles with dry champagne.
It's excellent with fried plantains, or on its own as a pre-dinner
palate-whetter.
Meloncello
Limoncello is a sweet lemon liqueur from Italy. We blend it with watermelon
juice for a light, summery, slightly-sparkly spin on lemonade that's perfect for
a backyard barbecue or picnic in the park.
