Believe it or not next week is the official start of spring. At last we
can start wearing all the spring/summer fashions that have been tempting us from
the high street.
The office wardrobe is notoriously tricky as it warms up, but looking
smart and trendy doesn’t have to be a headache.
Avoid pastel suits unless you’re off to a wedding or summer party and instead
stick to whites and neutrals worn with splashes of colour.
This year the short suit has come into its own and there are styles available
for all shapes and sizes.
If your office is too stuffy for shorts and you don’t want the execs
choking on their espressos, then try this season’s new skirt styles: the pencil
or the tulip, worn with a shirt or smart short-sleeved top.
Replace your pointy flats with round-toed heels and accessorise summer's hot
hues - mustard and red.
Banishing the black might sound impossible but it’ll brighten your day in an
instant.
