The new Italian chef at Barolo, Amedeo Ferri, offers guests a touch of the high life with a lobster bash for the month of September. Look for specially crafted lobster and avocado salad, lobster consomme with ricotta tortellini and lobster carbonara with bacon, among other luxe crustacean treats, starting at 138 yuan ($20.70) plus service charge and VAT.
