Hot and spicy, this delicious chinese dish compliments the weather.Chinese firey beef

Take:

120ml soy sauce
1 tablespoon sesame oil
2 tablespoons brown sugar
3 cloves garlic, crushed
1 large red onion, chopped
ground black pepper to taste
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
2 tablespoons sesame seeds
2 leeks, chopped
1 small carrot, chopped
500g beef round steak, sliced paper thin


Method:
1. In a Large Bowl, combine the soy sauce, sesame oil, brown sugar, garlic, red onion, black pepper, red pepper flakes, sesame seeds, leeks and carrot.
2. Add the meat and mix in by hand to ensure it's coated evenly, before allowing to rest in the fridge for 2-10 hours.
3. Heat a squirt of cooking oil in a wok over a medium heat, and add the meat mixture.
4. Allow to cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring constantly, until the beef is cooked through.
5. Add noodles and warm through or warm noodles or rice to serve sepperately.
