Jennifer Lopez halts ex-hubby's plan to profit from intimate tales

Jennifer Lopez won legal ban on her ex husband's plan to reveal intimate details of the actress' sex life in a tell-all book, according to court documents made public Friday.
Ojani Noa agreed to a preliminary injunction, which will remain in effect until a trial can decide whether it should be made permanent.
"Noa will do anything within his power to make money off his ex wife and thinks nothing of wilfully hurting Ms. Lopez in the process," stated Lopez attorney, Paul Sorrell in court documents.
"He is out of control."
Noa recently approached the National Enquirer to sell home video footage of Lopez getting ready for her first wedding and honeymoon.
Noa, in a court deposition earlier this month, said he believed he was free to publish whatever he wanted about Lopez.
Under the preliminary injunction, Noa has been enjoined from "criticising, denigrating or casting the plaintiff in a negative light."
The court order stated that Noa may not disclose for financial gain "any intimate details about Lopez and Noa's relationship."
Lopez and Noa were married in 1997 meeting in a Miami restaurant. They were divorced 11 months later.
Her second marriage to choreographer Cris Judd in 2001 ended in nine months. She was briefly engaged to actor Ben Affleck before marrying her current husband, singer Marc Anthony in June 2004.
Lopez was born July 24, 1969 in The Bronx, New York to Puerto Rican parents, and is as well known for her music, dancing and acting careers.
