Improved economic structure
經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)完善

Although China has become the second-largest economy in the world, the economic structure of the country is still at medium and low level, compared with developed countries in general. Promoting high-quality development requires improvements to the economic structure, such as encouraging consumption and developing emerging, high-tech industries.
雖然中國已經(jīng)成為世界第二大經(jīng)濟(jì)體，但是與發(fā)達(dá)國家相比，中國的經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)還處于中低端水平。推動(dòng)高質(zhì)量發(fā)展需要完善經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)，鼓勵(lì)消費(fèi)、發(fā)展新興行業(yè)和高科技行業(yè)。

Better economic effectiveness
經(jīng)濟(jì)效益提升

Economic effectiveness is an important measure of quality and China's economic effectiveness at micro, meso and macro levels is much lower than that of developed countries. Improved quality and effectiveness cannot be separated in China's future economic development.
經(jīng)濟(jì)效益是衡量經(jīng)濟(jì)質(zhì)量的重要標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，中國在微觀、中觀及宏觀水平的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益均低于發(fā)達(dá)國家。中國未來的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展離不開經(jīng)濟(jì)質(zhì)量和效益的提升。

Greener development
綠色發(fā)展

Greener economies are an inevitable trend and a new growth point for the world economy. Over past decades, Chinese people have dealt with a great deal of pollution, so it is of paramount significance to develop a green economy for sustainable growth and a better environment for the next generations.
綠色經(jīng)濟(jì)勢(shì)不可擋，同時(shí)也是世界經(jīng)濟(jì)新的增長點(diǎn)。過去幾十年，中國人民應(yīng)對(duì)了大量污染。為了可持續(xù)發(fā)展和給下一代制造更好的環(huán)境，發(fā)展綠色經(jīng)濟(jì)至關(guān)重要。

Medium-high growth development
中高速發(fā)展

Quality and quantity are dialectically united, and without a certain level of economic growth high-quality development cannot be achieved. In the new era, fast economic growth is not prioritized, but zero or low growth cannot be tolerated. A medium-high level economic growth rate is an important aspect of high-quality development for China.
質(zhì)量和數(shù)量是辯證統(tǒng)一的，沒有一定水平的經(jīng)濟(jì)增長，就無法達(dá)到高質(zhì)量發(fā)展。在新時(shí)代，經(jīng)濟(jì)快速發(fā)展已不是重點(diǎn)，但也不允許出現(xiàn)經(jīng)濟(jì)零增長或者低增長。對(duì)中國來說，經(jīng)濟(jì)中高速增長是高質(zhì)量發(fā)展的一個(gè)重要內(nèi)容。
