吃飯的時候不能離開手機，時不時要刷刷朋友圈和微博；看書十分鐘就看不下去，隨便一個手機的響動都能讓你立即扔下書。我們似乎已經(jīng)變成了電子設備的奴隸。要改變這樣的情況就必須來一場“數(shù)碼節(jié)食”。

Q: Do you ever feel the urge to pull out your smartphone while someone else is making a point in a conversation?
別人正在跟你說事兒的時候，你是不是很想把手機拿出來看一眼？

It is time to make peace with all our gadgets and fold them into our lives more effectively. We need a strategy that puts us back in control, rather than letting technology overwhelm us. We need to go on a digital diet, a deliberate reduction in the amount of time spent on electronic devices.

Pull out the musical instrument that has been gathering dust in the basement.
把地下室里積了灰的樂器重新找出來。
