因周正毅事件而備受市場關(guān)注的上海地產(chǎn)在停牌了兩年多的時(shí)間之后，終于在昨天起正式除牌。香港聯(lián)交所于周二發(fā)布通知，顯示上海地產(chǎn)控股有限公司的上市地位于昨天辦公時(shí)間結(jié)束后撤回。請看中國日報(bào)網(wǎng)站的報(bào)道：
Shanghai Land Holdings Ltd was officially delisted from the Hong Kong
Stock Exchange (HKEx) yesterday, marking the end of the troubled Shanghai
property developer. Stephen Liu Yiu-keung and Yeo Boon-ann have been
appointed as joint liquidators of the company,
to implement the transactions outlined in the Settlement Deed.
報(bào)道中的liquidator指"清算人"，即公司資產(chǎn)的清理人。如：representative
liquidator（代理清算人）。與liquidator相關(guān)的liquidation指"（公司等的）停業(yè)清理，清算"、"（資產(chǎn)等的）變現(xiàn)"。例如，liquidation
of fixed assets（固定資產(chǎn)的清理），liquidation
sale（停業(yè)清理大拍賣）。
