我們要全面正確貫徹黨的民族政策，堅(jiān)持和完善民族區(qū)域自治制度，鞏固和發(fā)展平等團(tuán)結(jié)互助和諧的社會(huì)主義民族關(guān)系。

我們要全面貫徹黨的宗教工作基本方針，促進(jìn)宗教關(guān)系和諧，發(fā)揮宗教界人士和信教群眾在經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展中的積極作用。

我們要認(rèn)真落實(shí)黨的僑務(wù)政策，支持海外僑胞、歸僑僑眷關(guān)心和參與祖國現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)與和平統(tǒng)一大業(yè)。

我們要加快推進(jìn)國防和軍隊(duì)現(xiàn)代化，建設(shè)鞏固的國防和強(qiáng)大的軍隊(duì)，堅(jiān)決維護(hù)國家主權(quán)、安全、領(lǐng)土完整，保障國家和平發(fā)展。

我們要堅(jiān)持“一國兩制”、“港人治港”、“澳人治澳”、高度自治方針，團(tuán)結(jié)廣大港澳同胞，保持香港、澳門長期繁榮穩(wěn)定。

我們要堅(jiān)持中央對(duì)臺(tái)工作大政方針，全面貫徹兩岸關(guān)系和平發(fā)展重要思想，鞏固深化兩岸關(guān)系和平發(fā)展的政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、文化、社會(huì)基礎(chǔ)，在同心實(shí)現(xiàn)中華民族偉大復(fù)興進(jìn)程中完成祖國統(tǒng)一大業(yè)。

我們要繼續(xù)高舉和平、發(fā)展、合作、共贏的旗幟，始終不渝走和平發(fā)展道路，堅(jiān)持獨(dú)立自主的和平外交政策，推動(dòng)世界持久和平、共同繁榮。

Fellow Deputies,

We should fully and faithfully implement the Party's policy on ethnic groups; adhere to and improve the system of regional ethnic autonomy; and strengthen and develop socialist ethnic relations of equality, unity, mutual assistance and harmony.

We should fully implement the Party's basic policy on religion, promote harmonious religious relations, and get religious figures and believers actively involved in economic and social development.

We should assiduously implement the policy of the Party on overseas Chinese affairs and support overseas Chinese as well as returned Chinese and their relatives in endorsing and participating in China's endeavors to achieve modernization and peaceful reunification.

We should accelerate modernization of national defense and the armed forces so as to strengthen China's defense and military capabilities. We should resolutely uphold China's sovereignty, security and territorial integrity and ensure its peaceful development.

We should adhere to the principles of "one country, two systems"; the people of Hong Kong governing Hong Kong; the people of Macao governing Macao; and both regions enjoying a high degree of autonomy. We should rally our compatriots in Hong Kong and Macao around us and maintain long-term prosperity and stability of the two regions.

We should adhere to the policy of the Party Central Committee on Taiwan-related work; fully implement the important thinking on cultivating peaceful cross-Straits relations; strengthen and deepen the political, economic, cultural and social foundation for their growth; and accomplish the reunification of the motherland in the course of working together with our compatriots in Taiwan to achieve the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.

We should continue to hold high the banner of peace, development, cooperation and mutual benefit; unswervingly pursue peaceful development; adhere to our independent foreign policy of peace; and promote durable peace and common prosperity in the world.

回顧過去，我們在中國特色社會(huì)主義道路上創(chuàng)造出不平凡的業(yè)績。展望未來，偉大祖國展現(xiàn)出前所未有的光明前景。讓我們在以習(xí)近平同志為總書記的黨中央領(lǐng)導(dǎo)下，萬眾一心，奮發(fā)圖強(qiáng)，為全面建成小康社會(huì)、實(shí)現(xiàn)中華民族的偉大復(fù)興而奮斗！

Fellow Deputies,

We have achieved remarkable progress along the path of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the past, and now we envision an ever-brighter future for our great country. Under the leadership of the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping as General Secretary, let us unite as one and work hard to finish building a moderately prosperous society in all respects and achieve the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
