III. Project Description:
The said project is the result of "8th Five Year" key scientific breaking through project (with number of 85-704-20-01), which was awarded national invention silver prize and scientific advance prize of Aviation Industry and ShaanxiProvince. The result belongs to one kind of special light sensitive film(special transparent plastic film), which could be used to substitute photographic sensitive film widely used in 26 fields such as electronics., advertise, print , portrait, industrial drawing, blueprint, scientific education, printing and dyeing. Annual demand of domestic market is over than RMB19.4396 billion Yuan with potential market prospect.
The said film has been among "advanced level in domestic and international market". Picture and words made with this film is in higher quality than that made with imported one under same conditions, but with price only one tenths of the imported one, with high-quality and lower price, the product owns strong competition shares large percentage of the market. Even sold at such a low price, the profit is still increased by three times. So, benefit is very obvious.
IV. Total Investment and Cooperation Form:
Total investment is USD 3.63 million, including self-raised capital of USD 1.21 million and introduced capital of USD 2.42 million. Joint venture, cooperation and stock participation.
V. Anticipation of Market and Investment Return:
Upon capital introduction and completion of the project, output of the first year is 0.6 million boxes with output value of USD 5.8 million and net profit of USD 4.35 million, the investment will be recovered in the first year; output of the second year is 1.3 million boxes with output value of USD 12.58 million and net profit of USD 9.43 million; and output of the third year is 2 million boxes with output Value of USD 19.35 million and net profit of USD 14.51 million.
