From Venice with love, pizza and Turbot fish

For the coming April, Prego Italian Restaurant is inviting Chef Diego Bugno from Venice to present the best food from "the city on water".

The Arlecchino pizza is a Venetian specialty, featuring abundant seafood including mussels, clams, salmon and other fresh ingredients. The Venetian turbot fish is another signature dish, also an excellent source of protein, vitamins and valuable minerals.
