Opera Bombana Sunday brunch presents journey through Italy

Sweep away the last vestiges of winter with Opera Bombana's monthly changing Sunday brunch menu. Each month the menu will represent the cuisine of a different region of Italy, from Piedmont to Sicily. For example, for the March menu, Chef Marino D'Antonio was inspired by the cuisine of Lombardy in Northwestern Italy.

The five-course brunch menu includes a selection of the finest cold cuts and cheeses from Lombardy, soup, handmade pasta, a choice of main course and a choice of dessert. Brunch is priced at 688 yuan per person, including a glass of Bellavista Saten sparkling wine, or top 200 yuan to have it free flow.
