Heilongjiang province

Heilongjiang province is in the most northern part of China, whose provincial capital is called the frozen city. As one of the main northeastern battlefields in combating the Japanese armies, the city have many historical sites for red travelling. The Heilongjiang Cemetery of Revolutionary Martyrs is one of them.

Cold noodles

Cold noodles is a dish famous in Heilongjiang province, getting its name because the noodke is cool - a summer delicacy with a sweet and sour taste. After being boiled for two to three minutes, the noodles must be rinsed in cold water several times and then placed with ice.
