| A photo taken on Oct 17 shows a collective display of Confucian dishes, Shandong cuisine, Shaanxi cuisine and a Water Margin feast (which originates from one of the Four Classical Novels of Chinese literature, Water Margin) at the Fifth Asian Food Study Conference. The conference is in Qufu in Shandong province, the hometown of Confucius, the great Chinese philosopher.
