Shunfeng, a high-end Cantonese restaurant chain in Beijing, has organized a Cantonese food cultural festival. During the festival, which kicked off in end-April, the restaurant is offering a 12 percent discount on 10 popular Cantonese dishes and 20 classic dishes. It has also introduced yamcha, a Cantonese-style meal, which combines tea drinking with dim sum and light dishes.
