Mr Francesco Maria Sanna is executive chef of Bene Italian restaurant at Sheraton Beijing Dongcheng Hotel. Francesco started his career in 1996 in Italy. He strives for indigenous cooking. He once went to a small island near Sicily to study authentic risotto. He was also nominated for the Italian Master Chef 2011 award from the Barilla Academy.
