Cement slurry was spilled by the Guangxi branch of China Aluminium Corp in Pingguo county, Guangxi Zhuang autonomous region, June 24, 2013. The leakage, which happened June 17-21, has affected local residents. Authorities blamed the leakage on frequent earthquakes in the area. [Photo/CFP] |
