The singer has taken a break from her hectic comeback schedule to enjoy some downtime with her sons Jayden and Sean Preston.

Sean Preston, who has long been a paparazzi favourite was nowhere to be seen as Britney lavished her care and attention on her youngest son.

Later that night Britney was spotted painting the town red with two friends.

The girls headed out to a Bel Air sushi restaurant for dinner before hitting three different nightclubs.

It seems that mum Britney has repaired the tense relationship with her own mother. It was reported she has patched things up with her family after being spotted out with mother Lynne Spears at the weekend.

The pair are said to have met up with sister Jamie Lynne and Jamie's boyfriend in Bel Air.

Britney, who at one time was said to phone her mum ten times a day - made it clear she didn't want anything to with her family after they 'forced her into a hell called rehab' earlier this year.

Last month it was reported she snubbed her mum on Mother's Day and refused to go and visit when she was rushed into hospital with pneumonia.
