3月31日凌晨，香港聯(lián)交所最終批準(zhǔn)了美國(guó)三大私人投資公司向聯(lián)想注資3.5億美元，聯(lián)想股票復(fù)牌后大漲7%。在聯(lián)想宣布并購(gòu)IBMPC后的第113天，這宗世人矚目的跨國(guó)并購(gòu)資金缺口問(wèn)題也將得到解決。外電報(bào)道如下：Shares in Lenovo Group, the largest Chinese maker of personal computers, rose Thursday after three buyout funds bought a stake in the company for $350 million.

Lenovo shares closed at 2.65 Hong Kong dollars, or 34 U.S. cents, up 4 percent. Texas Pacific Group, General Atlantic Partners and Newbridge Capital will together own a 12 percent stake in the Beijing-based company and each will be represented on its board.

The investment will help fund Lenovo's $1.25 billion purchase of the personal computer unit of International Business Machines.
