Head-on collision kills 12 in Qinghai

past toppled vehicles in Hualong County, in Western China's Qinghai
Province January 9,2006. A passenger car crashed into a van at 7:50am on Monday,
leaving 12 dead with three other injured, according to Xinhua reports. It
doesn't give details about how many passengers were aboarding when
the mishap happened.
