During the visit, China and Portugal decided to establish the all-around strategic partnership and signed 10 pacts covering a wide range of fields.

Portugal is the fourth leg of Wen's five-nation Euro-Asia tour, which has taken him to France, Slovakia and the Czech Republic, and will take him to Malaysia, where he will attend the 9th China-ASEAN and ASEAN Plus China, Japan and Republic of Korea Summit and the first East Asia Summit.
