New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg speaks

London, Madrid, New York City and Moscow are competing to win the right to
host the 2012 Summer Olympic Games in an IOC vote which will be held on
July 6 in Singapore. Bloomberg is in Singapore to support New York's bid
