Car bomb in Baghdad kills at least 10 - police

A car bomb blast in a market in a mainly Shi'ite district of eastern Baghdad
killed at least 10 people and wounded more than 20 on Thursday, police said.
They said they were investigating whether the blast was a suicide attack and
what the intended target was.
The blast mangled several market stalls and scattered wreckage across the
area. Thick black smoke hung over the scene.
The blast followed a series of suicide bomb attacks on Wednesday that killed
at least 71 people.
