privacy lawsuit brought by Hilton against an Internet company that
distributed a video of her having sex with an ex-boyfriend. The $30
million lawsuit against Panama City, Florida-based Kahatani Ltd. was
dismissed on July 9, 2004 for reasons that were not spelled out in court
