Highrise-climbing rules needed

A legal expert has called for special regulations to prevent climbing
offences on highrise buildings in Shanghai, which is littered with skyscrapers,
Shanghai Morning Post reports.
You Wei, a professor in East China University of Politics and Law, said
climbers should pay attention to legal aspects when they seek thrills climbing
tall buildings.
When climbers tackle buildings, people on the ground and workers in the
