Times call for new talent concept

The release of series coverage of"Xiao Longxu Phenomenon" in the PLA Daily
aroused strong resounding in the society. The PLA Daily published an article
about the reporter's thinking today in order to arouse the common attention of
the talent values. The article pointed out: military changes with Chinese
