The Philippines
Two commemorative stamp designs honoring the Year of the Monkey have been available since Dec 1.
A P10 stamp features a close-up image of a monkey’s face. The other design shows the full image of a monkey and is P30 a stamp.
Meanwhile, the Philippine Postal Corp. also issued a souvenir sheet.
