Magic and music

With ample humor, the British group Classic Buskers, which is composed of instrumentalist Michael Copley, accordion player Ian Moore and magician Neil Henry, has a special way to communicate a passion for music. The group will soon be to Beijing with its repertoires, including Mendelssohn's Violin Concerto and Haydn's Trumpet Concerto.

Li's concerts

Singer-songwriter Li Ronghao will hold two concerts in Beijing by the end of May, when he will sing his love ballads. With three albums under his belt, the 30-year-old rose to fame after competing in a popular reality TV show I Am a Singer, which is broadcast on Hunan Television, earlier this year.

Super Girl's new gig

Known for her high-pitched voice, Chinese singer Tan Weiwei will soon perform a concert in Beijing. After gaining wide fame by taking the second prize at the 2006 Super Girl singing contest, Tan has been experimenting with her voice in various musical styles and received wide attention for her collaboration with Chinese rocker Cui Jian.
