Protection of employee inventions

Thirteen ministries including the State Intellectual Property Office have jointly released guidelines on protecting the rights of inventors who make discoveries or innovations while under employment contracts. The initiative says State-owned enterprises and the military should set up invention reporting and management systems to protect inventors and increase rewards.
