BEIJING - As victims suffering from chemical poisoning at one of Apple Inc's supplier factories waited anxiously for a reply from the United States' company over remedy and compensation, calls for big multinational businesses to build a greener and safer supply chain and to alleviate harm to workers and the environment are growing ever louder.
