Project description: The project, located at Northwest China's Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, is to manufacture 20,000 tons of high grade active carbon per year, with the products divided into 6 categories: high grade solvent recover, high accumulative active carbon, developed coal blocks with medium holes, super low-sulfur active carbon, crashed carbon and powder carbon.
Project background: The company, founded in 1958 with a registered capital of 833 million yuan, is the largest producer and exporter of cokes and superior anthracite in the Northwest China.
Total investment: 215.72 million yuan (US$26.06 million)
Annual sales income: 209 million yuan
Internal financial recovery rate: 28.57 percent
Payoff period: 6.17 years (including the construction period).
