Xi enhancing China's relationship with Latin America is a good sense of smart business. China should stay focus on what's good for her and it is good for others, and not follow the US self helping type of business. Trust and good business relation requires time to develop and the Chinese government is doing a very favorable job so far. And there is no question that US is feeling the heat and US is doing its best to contain the Chinese expansion around the globe.
