As of Monday afternoon, one Chinese citizen had been confirmed killed in the attack, with another one injured. The embassy has said that it will make all-out efforts to deal with the aftermath. It has urged Kenyan authorities to take practical measures to protect Chinese citizens and institutions in the country.
