BEIJING - Chinese State Councilor Dai Bingguo met with Sitaram Yechury, a member of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of India (Marxist) on Thursday, pledging to promote bilateral relations to a new high.

Bilateral relationship between China and India maintains a good momentum of development and faces unprecedented advancement opportunities, Dai said.
