Audit finds 200b misused by gov't departments

China's National Audit Office (NAO) audited 99,000 governmental departments and relevant institutions between January and November.
According to an announcement posted on the NAO's website, the audits found a total of 234 billion yuan ($34.2 billion) misused, and a further 16.3 billion ($2.38 billion) wasted.
