6 killed, 5 seriously injured on foggy E China highway

NANJING: Six people were killed and five others seriously injured in a series of pile-ups on a foggy highway in east China's Jiangsu Province on Saturday, local police said.

Five separate accidents occurred at around 8 am at the fog-shrouded Gaoyou Section of the Beijing-Shanghai Highway. As of 7:30 pm, six people have been confirmed dead.
