Chongqing-Rotterdam railway will be completed by 2012, deputy mayor of the Chongqing municipality said Monday, according to cqnews.net.

The railway will link Lanzhou, the capital city of Gansu province, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region and Moscow. The complete journey will take approximately 13 days.
