Yellow alarm issued as typhoon Hagupit lands in south China

Frontier defense soldiers help fishermen reinforce boats in precaution against Hagupit, the 14th typhoon to affect China this year, in Zhangzhou City, East China's Fujian Province, Sept. 23, 2008.
