Chinese Kuomintang (KMT) Honorary Chairman Lien Chan
(C) made a speech as he arrived at Meilan Airport in the capital of Hainan
Province on Monday. Lien is heading a KMT delegation to attend a cross-Strait
agricultural cooperation forum to be held at Boao in the southernmost island
